I hate ATT, I hate doing business over the phone

I am way too heated to explain the 2 hour run around I have been through on the phone and online with AT&T but its enough for me to want to scream! UGH!!!

  1. We had the same issue. My husband called and when he said something about being military, they got extremely helpful and nice to him. We've had AT&T for two months and on each bill we are always overcharged for something.

  2. Same issues I've been having with Verizon. Month after month, something is always wrong. In their favor.

  3. Oh I hate AT& T too! We used to spend $500+ dollars on our cell phone bill each month with them only to drop call after call and barely got reception most places. With Verizon our monthly bill is like 1/5 what it used to be but we get way better service.

    Our deal with AT&T ended up being that sure you can send unlimited picture texts for _______ flat fee per month. But then they would charge like $25 dollars for just ONE picture because of the file size. When you are doing the Military long distance relationship thing you need picture messaging that won't cost you an arm and a leg :P

  6. I was with ATT for a good 10 years.....it was always the same thing. I recently switched to Verizon.....but honestly, its not a whole lot better... :-(
