i can't be on time to safe my life! so i guess add that in my bio haha! I am a 25 yr old nursing student, getting married in 6 days! my hubs is a Marine stationed out of Camp Lejeune, we met in college ( i got my BS before nursing school ), and i am VERY grateful that our entire USMC journey has been together, I have been there every step of the way, from recruitment till presently fleet, and it has been amazing ( not always fun, but amazing ) Random things about me- i have a love for blues music, and Lex Land, i dont like cinnamon or coffee or tea even though i'm from the deep south, i love scrambled eggs, seafood, sushi, and pecans, i have 0 technology skills, i can honestly honestly say J. is the love of my entire life, my very best friend and i literally couldn't be more estatic!!! feel welcome to stay tuned for further life and military occurances!
Well first of all congrats on the upcoming wedding, I came here after you left a very nice comment on my blog..(Empty Nest, PCS and All the rest) And secondly welcome to our Marine Family. I think it is great you knew your hubs as well before the Marine Corps, it isn't really neccessary but it is rare and it gives you a special type of insight when you know them "before the Corps"..We are currently at Lejuene but heading out to the stumps (29 Palms) as soon as our son graduates. My hubs will be with 3/4 out there so we are all pretty excited to be trying out the left coast. We spent most of our time overseas but I won't bore you with all that since you read my blog you already know..oh no I am rambling, let me stop. Welcome to the blogosphere..just be yourself and if you ever need anything I am here..I will help if I can't and if I can't I will find you someone that can! Enjoy your wedding , can't wait to read all about it! Heidi aka usmcwife8999

I am 25, in nursing school and have my BS in Kinesiology where i met my honey, my better half is 27, an Infantry Marine, has his BS in Kinesiology and Pre-Law, he is easily the most amazing person I know. Yes, I am one of those people who is consumed by LOVE! Right now we are 14 hours away from each other, and yes distance is a B*TCH! But I can honestly say I think we do an amazing job at it, of course there will be bumps when you can't see and hold the thing you love most in the world, we battle mis-communication, juggling schedules, and separation anxiety but I can honestly say everyday, every second he is worth it! I have a 4lb yorkie (Jessi) and a fat tabby cat (Oscar)
