When will it end?!?!?!?!

"The Baggage" strikes again..... I blocked her on my facebook but we have a friend in common, so I found out that The Baggage ,whom we will refer to as TB, posted yet another lovely melo-dramatic "status" update through our friend. They typically dont leave much to the imagination for example this one was this weekend's

" When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and get free."

Then today there was this "status" update :

"obedience to God in a difficult situation will ultimately bear fruit, even though it looks like it might immediately cause hardship"

I must say this one has me perplexed. I don't quite get the message she is trying to send. Yet I know its directed right at my husband and I, every quote she ever posts like this is(melo dramatic, deep, searching, passive-aggressive) they are weekly, and all have one focus, US! I got off facebook for about 6 months (my hubs is not on at all) and all the status updates like this stoppped completely, then the moment I get back on FB BOOM, TN turns into a crazy DrPhil!  For once one has really gotten to me- so maybe you all can help? What should I take from this "message".....

  1. What a Crazy Girl! Maybe you should leave some quote on yours about moving on. Maybe she will get the point.. Fingers crossed for you

  2. I'm pretty sure thats exactly what she wants, DRAMA. Cause for people like that negative attention is better than nothing at all.

  3. Don't pay any mind to it at all. Maybe it's a Southern thing, but women who use holy-sounding phrases to justify their own nutty, asinine behavior are definitely the craziest. Your mutual friend might want to mention something to her, in a "of your [her] own good" kind of thing. He married another woman-YOU- and is happy. She needs to move on and quit embarrassing herself!

  4. Tell your friends you don't want any information told to you that she post. You have no interest in hearing what she has to say. She has obviously been in High School and never left, facebook can be so high school. Just tell people, "look,I don't care what she says, please don't tell me" than she loses her power over you. She has some right now and you don't need the drama.

  5. I definitely agree with all of the above... especially USMCWIFE, do not let your "friends" feed you the status updates/anything about her. Through them she knows she is getting to you... you have to remember if they tell you information they are going right back to her telling things about you. Personally I wouldn't reveal anything to said friend(s) who still talk to her. There is some crazy drama there, and no offense, but your husband is worth it compared to some friend(s) who just keep feeding you her trash.

  6. I wouldn't listen to anything that has to do with her. If they're going to read, send or direct stuff towards you then they're just feeding into her drama. Block and block! That's what I say. Life is too short to deal with unnecessary drama!
